Once a purchase is made refund is only possible if the product is out of stock or have been discontinued by the company.
Return Policy:
- Within 7 working days customer can return damaged product.
- Cancellation is not possible after 24 hrs of booking the products.
- In case of damaged product or any mishandling by company, company will deliver replacement for the products.
- Cancellation by customer after dispatch will not be acceptable.
- Products will be dispatched after 24 hrs.
Return Delivery Policy
- If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at sales@wellnessfoodsupplements.com in or call us on +91 9769784764 (10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m) within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- You can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.
- We will then replace the product as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Refund will not be given if:
- The shipping address provided by you is incorrect.
- You have used the product partially and then want to return and/or want refund.
- The product has already been dispatched and is in transit.
- If you do not comply with our return policy.
- If the product is damaged or opened when you received it. In this case company will replace the product with same product at no further cost to customer.
- If customer paid twice for one transaction, one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 10 working days.
Exchange is possible if:
- Products delivered are damaged or opened.
- Company delivers wrong products by mistake.
- Within 7 working days damaged product will be reviewed and delivered back to customer after receiving product at concerned department.
1. Before the order is dispatched or entered the advance shipping/courier stage:
If you have canceled your order immediately after you were charged, then the refund would be processed in 72 working hours and would be credited to your account in 10-15 business days depending on how long your Bank takes to credit the amount. But you’ll have to wait for 10-15 business days for the refund to be credited and then check your statement to confirm about the credit.
2. If the card is charged but Adrem did not receive the payment and the order is cancelled:
The amount will be auto-credited to your account within 10–25 business days. Adrem would not be able to help in such scenarios because they do not have a confirmation from the bank on the transaction made.
- Order cancellation before Dispatch: if order is canceled before dispatch, Refund will be made after deducting 2% as convenience charges.
- Order Cancellation after Dispatch: Refund will be made, after deducting the Shipping/freight plus 2% as convenience charges only.
A refund can be refused in the following case -
- The product seal is broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer.
